OK guys I need some help here.

I am planning on buying a new gaming PC. I won't be playing high FPS games on it like Witcher 3 but something to play MMO's on. Currently am playing Heroes of the Storm and would like to reactivate my Elder Scrolls Online account since it is now F2P. Also would like for this PC to last another 8 years if possible.

My current computer is either almost 9 or 10 years old and still runs pretty decent, though most games now a days need to be run on either medium or low settings. I bought it from Cyberpowerpc.com and only really ever needed to replace the graphics card. I priced a PC from them again with all the goodies such as i5 6600 processor, 2800 MHZ DDR4 RAM, and MSI GeForce 970 GTX Gaming 4G 4GB. I opted for air cooling over liquid. Right now it comes to $1,525 with a new monitor as well (* 24" Widescreen 1920x1080 ASUS VS247H-P 1080P (23.6" Viewable) 2ms LED Backlight, DVI, HDMI Input ). After tax it comes to $1,631. It is worth it to get all of these items for what I will be using it for? My budget for a new gaming PC is around $1,350 but with the monitor am ok to push it up. Any help here would be appreciated.
