Hi,

I'm from singapore and is trying to build up a gaming computer. I'll be listing the prices that are quoted to me in terms of singapore dollars. I need opinions regarding the performance of the computer in respect to the games i usually play.

So, I have 2 builds which only differs in Power supply and Graphic cards.

$1660
MSI B150M Bazooka + i5 6400
Palit GTX970 4GB Jetstream OC
Kingston Value Ram 2133Mhz 8GB
Samsung DVD Drive
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Western Digital 1TB Blue
Corsair Carbide 200R
Corsair CS650M 80+ Gold Semi Modular PSU
Windows 10 Home 64 Bit Digital License

$1510
Msi b150m bazooka + i5 6400
Sapphire r9 380x 4Gb nitro OC
Kingston value ram ddr4 2133 8GB
Samsung dvd drive
Samsung 850 evo 250Gb
Western digital blue 1TB
Corsair carbide 200R
Corsair CX550 550w 80+ bronze full modular psu
Windows 10 home 64 bit digital license

Just to note, I do slight streaming and video capture on gameplays on events, not regularly though

Games i play are usually CSGO, H1z1, Diablo 3, some mmorpg here and there respectively from most played to least played. Which of the build is a better option if i want to run on the highest graphic options? or are there any alternatives with cheaper or probably same cost options?

Why dont you wait for a while for 1070 and 1080 to be released. They would be much powerful than titan x and one third if its price only. You can ave up the money till then. A PC with 1080 in it would be a gaming beast.
Have you considered R9390? It is a great card with lot of memory bandwidth and it is cheaper according to its specs. Benchmarked on latest games on 1080p to 4k and always performed best in those benchmarks

the pricing here for 390 is practically 250 bucks more
