Gaming Computer RAM running way slower then expected.

Hey guys, so I just finished upgrading to my new gaming rig, and for some reason my Corsair LPX 3200 MHZ ram is running at 1400 MHZ even with xmp on, but in BIOS it says it is running at 2800 MHZ.

Here is a BenchMark:

As you can see, the RAM is clocked @ 2800mhz, but actually running at 1400 MHZ why is this?

I understand my RAM may not run at the advertised 3200 MHZ speed, but i'd like to atleast be getting 2800MHZ..

DDR means Double Data Rate, so 1400mhz = 2800mhz.
