Question 2x laptop KVM with docking station ability for new setup help needed

I used several KVM's in the past with traditional audio,USB, video switching. I am looking for some guidance on what KVM to pick for new setup and whether KVM's are still needed or more like a USB switch. I also would like to eliminate the amount of devices. Therefore, eliminate the docking stations if possible and use the device to power/charge the laptops

What I have:
1.) Input
Two laptops. Microsoft surface Pro and a HP EliteBook 845
2.) Devices:
Monitor: Dell U3023E ( I think it has several options for video input and could also act as a hub for devices
USB-A mouse and keyboard
Speaker TBD (can be USB)
USB camera

Are there KVM's with dock capability?
Or some sort of USB switch with power/charge capbaility?
