Hey so I already got a computer here thats on its way out and was wondering which parts can from this build that I implement into my own ?
My Current Specs are :
Processor Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E6600 @ 3.06GHz
Manufacturer Intel
Speed 3.1 GHz
Number of Cores 2
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560
Manufacturer NVIDIA
Chipset GeForce GTX 560
Dedicated Memory 1024 MB
Total Memory 2.7 GB
Memory 4.0 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Service Pack 1
Size 64 Bit
Edition Home Premium
Display Maximum Resolution 1920 x 1080
DVD Optiarc DVD RW AD-7280S ATA Device
CD Optiarc DVD RW AD-7280S ATA Device
Drive 1
Size 465.7 GB
Free 99.7 GB
Antec 750 Watt PowerSupply

My CPU and GPU are main priorities, is it possible just to just replace my current CPU and GPU with CPUs like an i3-4170 or i5-6500 or GPUs like the GTX 950 without replacing any other parts? Or will there be any compatibility issues? Budget is $400-500

You're stuck on the LGA775 platform with the motherboard, so a CPU upgrade would be: $CPU + $Motherboard.
If you give the model number of the power supply, I can give you a more detailed budget upgrade plan.

The thing is that you are not experiencing the full potential of the GTX 560 with the E6600 at default clocks. Ref: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/336259-33-would-pentium-e6600-06ghz-bottleneck

Having said that, and taking your budget into account, there is a very, very non-OC based system rebuild you can do, which will substantially increase performance and that is probably along the lines of what @sammy sung suggests. More RAM, better GPU and best value for price point intel CPU, not requiring overclocking.

Thank you for the help @sammy sung

Thank you for the build, I'll look into these parts.

Since you said Im not experiencing the full potential of my GTX 560, How much better performance would I be getting if i only upgraded the CPU and Motherboard ? Obviously the graphics card could be better but even with the CPU+Motherboard upgrades aren't games that like The Division, Fallout 4, Just Cause 3, Silent Hills more demanding of GPU power ?

For those games, you'll need a platform upgrade. Otherwise your gaming experience will suck,

AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB SSC ACX 2.0 Video Card
This is a build my friend suggested what do you think ? Its a little cheaper than the suggest one by @sammy sung

Yes, cheaper, but it ruins your upgrade path.
