Hi guys

Sorry to bother you guys and I do not know if i'm on the right topic, but I'd like to ask you guys if this computer would be a good computer to buy for gaming.

To be totally honest with you guys i'm not very advanced in computer stuff so I'd like your opinion and could you possible tell me maybe a better computer to buy?

Max budget for PC (including: mouse and keyboard): € 850,00
Max budget for screen (requires: HDMI port, Full HD and LED): € 200,00-250,00

Do not, under any circumstances buy that GPU. It won't be able to run almost anything. Get at least a 7850/GTX 660 to go well with that beast rig.

Thank you for your answer!
But I guess buying a GPU with those requirements would drive my parents crazy! xD

But is this GPU so bad??
It will be able to play minecraft, counter strike source/global offensive, World of Warcraft, COD wont it?

It wont be able to play modern games on reasonable settings.
Also, you might want to get an i5 instead of an i7.
You could get an I5-3570K if you want to overclock, but you'll have to get a Z77 mobo to.
There is no reason for 16bg of memory if you are going to be gaming, 8gb would suffice.

Dam that's a lot of information in a short period, i'm not experienced in computer stuff, so would it be better to customize a computer for my own with i5 and a GTX 660?

Overclocking I quickly read something about it that it would boost your system to better preformance but i'm really not experienced with those things...?

Isn't there a computer you guys prefer to buy below a budget of € 1.000,00 which can run modern games perfectly?

Get an i5-3570, a GTX 660 (or 660ti, if you can afford it) and only get 8 gigs of RAM. You don't really need much in the way of RAM for gaming. Take me for example: I've got 4 gigs DDR2 in my rig and every game is running perfectly at reasonable settings :)
And finally, of course, get a motherboard that can support all these things. You don't need to go for super high-end chipsets as you probably won't be overclocking.

By the way, don't overclock your CPU unless you are confident in your 1337 skillz 😀 And if you think that you'll overclock this rig at any point, get an i5-3570k instead. It's unlocked and can overclock better.

as an example.

my motherboard cost £70
cpu 160
ram 30 (8gb, single stick, im adding another later)
psu 50
case 50

thats 360. add 100 for windows, then mouse+keyboard for 50

thats 510

660ti 200

thats 710

130 for 1920*1080 pc moniter

thats 840.

add a 1tb hdd for 70 for most data

then ssd for super fast boottimes

thats 910 for a very good pc, including all you need

you dont need to spend a fortune to get a good pc.

with graphics card the first number is the generation e.g.

7xxxx

mine is a 4670 the bit you should look at is x670. 990 is the best

have a look at 6th or 7th gen thats and try to get the highest number you can get

So it's better to customize my own PC by listening to a professional, it would give me less a cost and still it'll be better?

Thanks, all of you!
Still wondering what i'm about to do though... 😛

If you are over-clocking you can go in for a K-Series CPU. Or else you can always go in for AMD CPU's. You can get a FX 4100 for 76 £.

But if you are going in for an AMD Processor, you will have to change the Mother Board too. I would recommend going in for the AsRock 990FX Extreme4 or the Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 or the Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Mother Boards. AMD Processors offer more cores for less price. Also, if you can afford it as an AMD Processor will save you some money; go in for the AMD Radeon HD 7950. On that you can run almost every latest game on optimum settings or you can go in for the GTX 660 Ti. As for the RAM Module, 8 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz is just perfect for you. I would recommend the G.SKill Sni.Per 8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz (4x2), G.SKill RipjawsX 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz (4x2), Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz RAM Modules. And as for the case I would strongly recommend that you go in for a Full-Tower Case, but if you are low now, a Mid-Tower Case would be enough. Buy at least a 750 GB or 1 TB 7200.00 RPM Drive paired with an SSD. You can put the OS on the SSD which will decrease boot time considerably. If you still have some left you can go in for the Corsair Vengeance M60 Mouse. http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-Performance-Gaming-CH-9000001-NA/dp/B005QUQP76

To power all these you should have at least a 620 Watts PSU.

or

and a DELL S2240 1920x1080p Display.
