We'll need to know the exact motherboard make and model, or you can look up the CPU support list on the makers website yourself to see if it can/will support a FX63XX CPU.

It's not possible to put an I5 into any AMD motherboard, the sockets and chipsets are incompatible, at the very least you'll need to swap the motherboard, and probably memory if you want to move to an i5.
Such a big hardware change will also effect your OS, Windows may not activate on the new hardware, in the worst case you'll need to purchase a new license AND do a full, clean install.

For video editing the i5 is a far better choice and it's usually a much stronger gaming CPU as well but this is a major upgrade, consider carefully where you NEED to put your hard...
a 6350 is good but if you can wait a bit(like a few months)the new zen SPUs are going to come out and reduce the prices of the i5 and FX series(witch is like 4 years old)So if you can just wait a bit and you will be able to get a bette cpu whit the same budget

Well if you are going to edit videos, you are going to want to get an i5. The Intel chips are better performance per core than AMD does. Until Ryzen comes up, there isn't much debate about that. However, we don't know when or how much Ryzen AMD chips will cost.

If you are going to get an i5, it will require a new motherboard. If you are going to stream, the quality will have to be lowered. If you want high quality streaming, then the i7 comes into play.
