Gaming desktop parts compatible??

I'm trying to build a gaming desktop that's going to be exceed max settings for online gaming such as lotro, and eventually newer games. I've never constructed one before so I would like the experts opinion to make sure these will all fit and are compatible with each other. I also need advice on a case. I have an old gateway vista desktop so maybe that will work? The graphics card and cpu cooler seem to take up a lot of space based off of reviews. Please let me know if I'm missing anything thank you!

You have to check if the cooler will fit in the case and the ram will fit under it
and if the graphics card will fit in the case
and if the ram is compatible with the ram - been tested as OK
