Question Gaming feels choppy and delayed when PC is turned on for 5-10 hours.

Gaming feels choppy and delayed when PC is turned on for 5-10 hours. When I try to play Valorant/CS Go in the evening and my pc was turned on whole day it feels like impossible to get any frags, feels like people see me before i see them and game feels choppy.
When I turn my pc off for 1 hour the issue goes away. But When i only restart my pc or turn off for few minutes the issue doesn't go away.
What's the issue?

amd 5900x, gtx 1080, 32 gb ram 3200mhz, evga platinum 850w PS.

check cpu/gpu temp?

I have 50% ram usage most of the day because I use few ram heavy apps.
storage usage is around 1%
cpu/gpu temps healthy
no viruses found

Issues after a while smacks of a heat issue.
What is your case and fan arrangement?
What is your cpu cooler?

What monitor/resolution are you playing? Also what games do you experience it. IS it every game, or just one game, or maybe many games. The GTX1080 is getting a bit on the long side now. Sufficient for 1080p high settings for newer AAA games.

IF the ones affected are online multi, then you need to specify your broadband connection too. Often people mistake bad FPS for what is actually bad ISP, and broadband speeds.
