I'm thinking about buying a gaming keyboard. The things I want it to have is multiple colors back lighting, audio jack and different brightness levels if possible for the back light. I've been looking at the Logitech G110 but I've read the back lighting isn't very good. The alienware tactx but that one has no audio jack. The thermaltake challenger ultimate but I've heard the audio jack is terrible and the software to change the back light is hard to use. The Razer blackwidow ultimate but that doesn't have different colors of back light.

I'm sort of leaning toward the thermal take or the razer blackwidow because they have most of the stuff but does anyone have either of those and can let me know if the audio jack is good and how is your overall satisfaction with the keyboard.

Also feel free to recommend other keyboards with the things I want that I haven't mentioned. Thanks for the help.

People are still paying $100.00 for non-mechanical keyboards?

Also, these keyboards don't come with analog audio jacks. They have 2 usb ports, and they're all equal quality between the models.

Really though, these models you listed are all egregiously over priced. From a technical perspective they're the equivalent of a $10.00 membrane keyboard. You're paying the extra $90 to wear their advertisement on your product. If you're ready to dump $100.00 on a keyboard, shop for a mechanical model. If you don't like mechanical keyboards, buy a cheaper membrane keyboard and treat yourself to a nice night out instead.

What about it? Ducky, Noppoo, Corsair and several other companies make backlit mechanical keyboards.

Microsoft makes a higher quality membrane keyboard than either listed in the OP that is also backlit, and costs less than half what either of them do. And so on, and so on.

I personaly wouldn't buy the G110. I have a G15, and the reason I went logitech was because of the LCD screen. The G110 does NOT have an LCD screen on it which in my mind makes it no different other than the logitech logo from the other black lit keyboards out there.

As to the person who suggested the G19, I looked at that as an upgrade but then I saw that it needs to be plugged into the wall with another external power cord, which seems crazy for a keyboard to require an extra power outlet to me.

Honestly, the best advice I could give you is to look at specs for keyboards on newegg.com to see which ones meet your needs/wants for one as well as reading the reviews to see if there are any major wide issues with that certin keyboard.

The G510 might be worth a look at, not sure if it has a bad blacklighting issue or not tho. It's more than likely a bit more expensive, but it has an LCD screen with it. After getting my G15, I honestly want a LCD screen for my all my keyboards in the future. I can view real time stats for my computer (CPU/ram usage, Inbound/outbound traffic vol., a stop watch if I ever needed it. That is all just in SirReal's G15 app tho. You can see stuff on other programs and what not which is nice when you are playing a fullscreen game so you don't have to tab out.)

I know the G15 has 3 different bightness levels, Off, low, and high. I would assume the G510 would be the same way.
