Gaming laptop : Budget £1400

Hi, I would like to buy a new gaming laptop. My budget is £1400.
I play mainly strategy games, like minecraft, dota etc but I also enjoy to play left 4 dead 2, payday 2, battlefield and so on. I need a gaming laptop that could run these type if games well and smoothly.
I understand a gaming pc would be cheaper and a better choice but I travel a lot and I would like a laptop for that.

For this budget you can get a 980m (best mobile GPU at the moment) based laptop, equipped with i7, ssd & HDD and usually 8-16 gb ram. There are several choices for example:
- Alienware 17 R2
- Asus G751JY-DH17 or any other G751JY
- MSI GT72 Dominator Pro
- Sager/Clevo equipped with 980m
