Hello I am trying to help my dad find a gaming laptop for my brother. I know are own pc is better, I have built my own multiple times, but the problem is that we just don't have the room for another pc. My brother likes to play league of legends so as long as it can run that at 60fps (maxed hopefully) and he can surf the web and watch videos we should be good. I am not a big laptop guy so I really had no idea as to what would be the best, I surfed newegg/amazon for a little but felt that coming here and asking for help would probably be safer. His budget is 700 dollars, all help is appreciated.
