Gaming Laptop on a budget : )

Hi fellas! I'm looking around for a gaming laptop 17" with AMD Radeon HD7970M Graphic card but im on a budget around lets say $1000. I have a new Alienware M18X-R2 with GTX 675M SLI. I want to sell it co'z its kinda over priced for me. sell it and pay my debts while still having a good gaming laptop. Wifey bought it as a gift but she does not know gaming laptops so she but the AW.

The MSI GX60 runs a 7970m but its $1200 cheapest I have seen with a 7970m in it
