Gaming Monitor or Better CPU?

I am going to build my first gaming computer, but should I upgrade the processor to fx 8350 or keep it at fx 6350, and get a 27" or get a fx 8350 and get a 24" monitor? Thanks, not sure if I will notice the difference upgrading the processor, but I will notice (or appreciate) the bigger monitor.

So basically should I get:

fx 6350 and 27" monitor
or
fx 8350 and 24" monitor

I can't stretch the budget to have the fx 8350 and 27" monitor by the way.

8320, CM Evo 212 and 27" Monitor You can very easily overclock the 8320 and have very good temps with the 8320.

Sorry forgot to say, my budget cannot stretch for both fx 8350 and 27" monitor.

I said 8320 no the 8350.
