I want a smallish gaming mouse with rgb lighting to match my setup lighting. I also want it to be really really really responsive sensor wise. What would you recommend?

If it were my own personal opinion, if your hands are really small, I have plenty of suggestions. There are many great mice to choose from.

It's your personal preference. Try going to a Best Buy or something and testing the mice they have.

But here are some of my personal opinions.

Logitech G303 Daedalus Apex Or Logitech G Pro
Steelseries Rival 100
Mionix Castor
Corsair M65 PRO

But then again, I'm probably not the one you should listen to. If you want in-depth analysis, go to the Youtube Channel RocketJumpNinja. (Or his website, www.rocketjumpninja.com).

But by now, I'm sure you've already bought a mouse. Whatever, I don't have anything else to do lol
Well gaming mouse is not specific enough to choose a style. Are you going to be playing competitive games, fps games, mobas, mmorpgs or what? Also check out Steelseries Rival 100. Really nice and small mouse with a good sensor which also has a good RGB display.
