Question Gaming mouse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

My steelseries prime is disconnecting and reconnecting every once in a while, doesnt matter if idling or in game. Since i have the engine, the drivers should be up to date. I have tried mixing the ports and only my mouse has this issue

Any advice what i should try?

How long have you been using it? Is it a bluetooth one? Either interference if it's a wireless one or it's just broken

1.5 years and wired

It could be broken, im gonna try a different mouse as one advised me to do so

I will test a different one for a few days, if nothing happens then my main is just broken i assume
