gaming mouse vs regular mouse

hey people!!! i'm about to purchase a new mouse, so my choices, a 20$ m510 and 30$ G300s by Logitech.

my question!, why should i pay 8-10$ more for "gaming mouse"??? .. is it going to help me in battlefield or other multiplayer/shooting games ??? or they going to perform same ?

ive tried them both at my local store, the both comfortable/same. My concern, does the 'GAMING' means better?

Generally they include faster and better sensors as well as different designs.
The G300s isn't a fantastic mouse though.
Gaming doesn't necessarily mean better, for example in most cases (Asus and low end manufacturers are most notorious for this) some manufacturers will slap gaming on the name of the product, put in some red accents or LEDs and send it off.

One thing worth pointing out... Most wireless mice are not particularly good for gaming. They introduce input lag that can make it difficult to aim at things in fast-paced games. Which is why the vast majority of gaming mice are wired. There are some high-end wireless gaming mice that minimize that latency, but they also tend to cost a lot more than $30.

I've gotten the G300s and it is TERRIBLE. Very small (even for small hands) not much DPI to change and I am not sure if this is a problem in general but my G300s is 2 years old and keeps disconnecting and reconnecting at random moments now.
In my opinion, gaming mices are more comfortable and usually have better DPI if you are going for a popular brand. But as cryoburner said, wireless mice are absolutely terrible. Unless you are getting a $200 Wireless gaming mouse (which I am guessing you don't want to)
Corsair is a very good company for mice, if you were gonna get a budget gaming one, get one of those. If not, better to go for any wired mouse.
