You will most likely not need all the features of the P8Z68 Deluxe. I would say check out P8Z68-V, you will probably have enough features from that board.

There are much cheaper memory kits available that are just as good, you don't get much benefit going past 1600mhz.
So get a 2x4GB kit with 1.5V CAS9 1600Mhz. Should be available between $50-60 for Corsair/Gskill/Kingston/Mushkin.

I would rather recommend Corsair HX850 than that PSU, close to the same price.

Also consider the 560Ti's, or possibly the new Sapphire VaporX 6950 - Check hardocp.com for the review.
Dual bios card, which is flashed with a 6970 bios as the 2nd bios so you might get lucky and have a 6970 for cheap.

A few thoughts there, hopefully it helps.

I agree for the most part with rvilkman. I would downgrade the motherboard to the Asus P8Z68-V PRO. The Asus Maximus Gene is a great motherboard, but I see no reason to go with it unless you wanted a mATX board instead of an ATX board (and considering the size of your case, you really don't need a micro ATX).

-For RAM, law of diminishing returns begins to set in after 1866 MHz, and stick with a set that is rated for voltage at or below 1.5v (recommended for Sandy Bridge processors).

-For the PSU, 750 watts would be more than enough for your system unless you plan to add a second graphics card, and 850w is going into overkill territory. Here are a few options:

Corsair HX750

Seasonic X750

Corsair HX850

- For the graphics card, if you want to go with a 1GB 6950, here is an alternative that is from a better known brand and is also clocked at higher speeds:

Gigabyte HD 6950

Either way, with or without any of the suggested changes, your build is good and will work well.

thanks for the tips

i plan on adding a second card in 6 to 7 months not shure if i should go for a flashable/dual bios card since they could be unavailable in 6 months

does anyone know which of these are flashable/dual bios

for gaming/oc would it be better 8GB(4x2GB) or (2x4GB)

and i would also like to know if any of these are better taking the price difference into account
