Hello Everyone! How much FPS increase I will get by the Upgrade?

1)Current RIG:
intel q45 motherboard
q6600 @2.4Ghz
2x2GB DDr3 1333Mhz RAM
Asus GT 610 1GB DDR3
240watt PSU

2) Upgrade:
Acer p45 Motherboard
intel q6600 @2.4GHz
2x2GB DDR3 1333MHz
EVGA GTX 550ti
300watt Simple PSU

Q.no1) How Much Increase I can Get from this upgrade in latest games like Assassins Creed Unity, Far Cry 4 etc on 1024x768 Resolution?

Q.no2)Should I upgrade to E8400 3.0Ghz or keep the Q6600?

Solution
well with the p45 you would be able to overclock the q6600.
300 watts is low for your power requirements it may not be able to power the 550ti and an overclocked q6600
550ti is far more powerful than your current gpu but it should do okay with the games you mentioned at that resolution providing you coax a decent overclock of the q6600 on your new p45 motherboard
you will need to upgrade the stock cooler as well, you could however overclock to 3ghz on the stock cooler but i would be cautious with the temps as not to damage the cpu

I would anticipate low-med settings up to high in some scenarios

how much is the upgrade going to cost you?

20$ !!!!
Coz I'm Exchanging the system with his system.

If I Upgraded to a new 430watt PSU and another tower case, It is going to cost me 25$ more!!!!

No offense, but spending a measly $20-50 more on your system is worth it. Computers aren't cheap.
