So I finally decided to upgrade from my GTX 1080, i7-6700K PC from 2016. I would like to know your guys' opinion of my planned build, suggestions and constructive criticism are welcome!
I did some research and I were deciding if I want to do a heavy OC of CPU and RAM and get a 3090, or just change a ratio of CPU, put RAMs through XMP and get a 3080... I chose the second option, because I am lazy, wanna save some money and dont want to spend couple of hours getting the most of my system and ruining my mental health while stabilising my system...
So, here are the components that I chose:

CPU: Intel Core i9-10900K 3.7 GHz (planning to OC to 5.1 GHz with basic voltage preferably)
CPU Cooler: ARCTIC LIQUID FREEZER II 360 Liquid CPU Cooler (read good reviews about it)
MOBO: Asus ROG STRIX Z490-E GAMING ATX LGA1200 Motherboard (was deciding between this and MSI Unify, which looks really good for OCing, but ultimately I am an Asus fan, have an Asus MOBO in my old system and this MB has basically everything that I need from it for daily use)
GPU: Asus GeForce RTX 3080 10 GB STRIX GAMING OC (well, there is no price on this one, but the GTX 1080 that I have right now is an OCed version of Strix as well and I am really satisfied with it... but if you know of a better choice, lemme know; planning to OC it a bit with just Afterburner)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 (I am from Czech Republic and it seems we have a shortage of good RAM sticks... this one is basically the only 3600 MHz CL16-18-18-38 that is available at this moment... again, I might OC it, but I would rather prefer just XMPing it and be done with it...)
PSU: Corsair RMx (2018) 850 W 80+ Gold Fully Modular ATX (checked a PSU tier list on Linus and this one should be a Tier A PSU, 850 W should be enough IMHO, nVidia recommends 750 W by themselves and 1000W seems like an overkill, so I think this is a good value...)
SSD1: Samsung 970 Evo 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME (this just seems like a solid choice for system SSD, in CZE the price difference between 250 and 500 GB is like 10 €, so there is no reason to go any lower)
SSD2: ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 NVME (already have this one in my old build, happy with it so far)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1 TB 3.5" 7200RPM (just a classic HDD for documents and stuff, already have 2 in my old build)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A ATX Mid Tower Case (again, the availability of cases kinda sucks around here, so I chose this on Part Picker, I quite like these ones, so if you dont mind Czech language:

I am a 1440p 144Hz gamer, currently using 2 Dell S2716DG 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz monitors and 1 generic 60 Hz monitor... I would like to keep those.
