I plan on building a PC mostly for gaming and a little video editing. I would like it to be Intel and have 16gb of ddr4 ram and a sound card and be a full tower.

I already have both a SSD and hard drive to use so inwill not need those. I also do not need any accessories, but would like a recommendation for a monitor to purchase in a month or two.

My budget is up to $2500 without the monitor and up to $700 for a monitor. I would like everyone to come from Amazon prime if possible.

Few points to note:

1) What kind of monitor are you looking for?

2) Do a little research. Unless you're making money off video editing, 90% of your requirements are complete, total wastes of money. There's absolutely no reason to get an x99 CPU and $500 motherboard and DDR4 ram, and with DDR4 being so new, it doesn't even get you much of a performance benefit.

With motherboard technology today, there is absolutely no reason to get a sound card anymore - Plus, you're going to get WAY better sound if the decoding is left to an external chip that doesn't have to deal with the EMI that's inside a computer.

Why do you want a huge, heavy, bulky, expensive full tower computer when a computer that actually suits what you're going to be doing with it will cost you about $1300 and could easily be built inside a micro-ATX case?

If this seems aggressive, I do apologize... just trying to get you to do a little research and realize that you have no need for what you're asking for, so that I can save you a thousand bucks.

Only times I think it is ok to get a X99 for primarily gaming, 3-4way SLI/Crossfire or 2way sli/crossfire with a m.2 SSD. A i7 4790K with 16 gig of 2400MHz DDR3 and a GTX980 will give you great performance and at low power consumption.

As for full tower, some people like room to expand, I've used lots of space up in cases before, that's why I use a full tower, mid and smaller just don't have enough space for me :D

For a monitor I'm looking for a 27" one, not necessarily a 4k but if there's a good one in my budget then it'll be considered.

I want ddr4 ram cause I don't plan on upgrading anything except the graphics card for like seven years (like my current pc), and in three or four years I'm betting it'll be useful. And I also have the money now so i figured I may as well go all out.

And I wanted a full tower for expansion purposes and I have an entire room for just a tv and desk.

I also planned on using a sound bar for speakers and thought I would need a sound card for that, but maybe I don't.
