Hello everyone, just wanted to know how far I can OC the CPU with this setup and would also like to know how good this will perform on 1080p on triple A games such as Battlefield 1, FarCry, Star Wars Battlefront 2 and etc

Well, the extra fans are not really needed IMO. And a cheaper case will also save you some money. Now, the SSD being just 120GB is going to be painful for you. I absolutely recommend at least 250GB.

And this is just a question on longevity. If you're planning to keep this PC for a very long time, I'd try and push for the i5-8600K. Those 2 extra cores are going to make the difference in the short term. Well, I'm even willing to say they do make the difference now.

Other than those three things, looks like a nice build.
