He wants to run game like bf4 on ultra at 60fps+ If you have any idea on how i can make it better for him please tell me.

CPU:Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5 GHz, Socket 1150, Haswell
MB:Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H Motherboard, Socket 1150, Intel Z87
GPU:EVGA GTX 770 Superclocked 2GB
RAM:Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3-1600
PSU:Corsair RM Series RM850, 850W ATX PSU
SDD:
HDD:

Also any ideas if the mb can do SLI?

That motherboard can do sli, but if he wants to ultra any game with 60+ fps, he does not necessarily need 4770k. He will get same performance in gaming with i5 4670k.
And unless he is thinking of sli'ing his gpu later, that much power supply won't be needed, a 600-650 watt psu will be more than enough for one gtx 770.
If a build already has a 4670k or 4770k with gtx 770, you can't make it more better unless you sli the gpu, or you are ready to spend more money. You can only save some money by considering other options like 4670k. http://www.amazon.com/Intel-i5-4670K-Quad-Core-Desktop-Processor/dp/B00CO8TBOW/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1397287908&sr=1-1&keywords=4670k
Also get a cooler master hyper 212 evo, it is fine for mild overclocking. But if he plans on decent overclocking then Noctua nh-d14 will be great and cheap.
You should probably also tell me his budget, maybe I will be able to fit an r9 290 in there replacing gtx 770. And is Intel a must? will AMD cpu be fine too?
If microcenter is quite near from where you live, you might wan't to consider buying few components from there, it will be cheaper.
