I'm looking to build a gaming pc but am not sure how to go about picking the parts and such I have a budget of max $800 and could use some help picking things.

What all do you need for a build? Are you starting from scratch, or do you have a monitor, mouse, keyboard already? Do you need an entire case and components, including the OS as well?
