Hi!1080p gaming.
MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Intel Core I5 4460
GTX 970
Any PSU 550+ bronze80+
What u think about 4460 + gtx970?I want to save as much money,but stay with gtx 970 , does 4460 bottleneck gtx 970?Someone say it does,and cause lags in some situations.
And what about motherboard?Is it good?

The 4460 does not bottleneck the 970. The motherboard is okay I would prefer a Gigabyte Gaming 5 personally. Also I would get a 550+ GOLD certified personally.

The i5 4460 will not bottleneck and you sould be fine

If i where you i would spend some more cash on a good PSU since it wont be outdated as fast and will give more headroom for upgradability in the future.

get the sapphire or msi r9 390 since I think it is better (has 8gb of vram) plus your motherboard supports crossfire...

Do I recieve much more efficiency in 1680x1050 resolution if I get 4690K instead 4460 ?

No an i5 4460 should be more than enough for you, for gpu again, if your thinking about the gtx 970 get the r9 390 from sapphire or msi, although for 1680x1050 an r9 380 should be just as fine
