That CPU is gonna bottleneck, might as well wait until you can buy atleast an i5.

K means unlocked and can be overclocked, either one would be decent but if you have the money I would go for the i7.

Depending on how much your budget is you could get an i5 6700k or you could save a bit more for an i7 6700k / i7 7700k
