Hi! I am thinking about building a new PC mostly for gaming/editing, combining some good parts from my old pc with some new ones that i will buy.

Compnents (already have):

PSU: Corsair PSU CX Series 600 W (CX600)

HDD: Seagate 1TB Barracuda ST1000DM010 SATA III 7200rpm 64MB

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX960 4GB WindForce 2X OC

New Components:

CPU: AMD FX 9590 4.7 GHz Eight Core Socket AM3+

MoBo: Gigabyte Socket AM3+ GA-990FX-Gaming Rev1.0 GLan Audio Raid

Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 Non ECC CL10 1866MHz (Kit 2 x 8192)

SSD: Samsung 250GB 850 Evo MZ-75E250B Solid State Drive SATA III SSD 2.5''

My question is if this build is ok or are any system bottlenexks or parts that don't match? Thanks in advance!

Not OK.
The 9590 is an abysmally poor pick on several counts.
1. It is a 225w tdp processor; your psu may not handle it.
2. It is essentially a well binned overclocked FX-8350; you could get most of the benefits at a lower price by overclocking yourself.
3. Even at a clock of 5.0, the efficiency of the instructions is nowhere near that of current Intel skylake.
That is bad for gaming. The single thread passmark rating is 1736.
For comparison, a I5-6400 is 1825.
4. You need a very strong cooler to handle the heat.
5. There is no cpu upgrade; it is a dead socket.

I do love the ssd.

My suggestion is to pay the same $230 for a I5-6600K with a stock single thread rating of 2126 at a clock of 3.5
You can oc a I5-6600k considerably with a simple air cooler.
As of 12/04/2016
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.40v Vcore.

I5-6600K
5.2 <1% delidded
4.9 14%
4.8 38%
4.7 67%
4.6 87%

You will want a Z170 based motherboard to oc; most any will do.

DDR4 ram should cost no more.

Based on your comments i will propably go with:

Components (already have):

PSU: Corsair PSU CX Series 600 W (CX600)

HDD: Seagate 1TB Barracuda ST1000DM010 SATA III 7200rpm 64MB

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX960 4GB WindForce 2X OC

New Components:

CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K 3.5 GHz Quad Core Socket 1151

MoBo: Gigabyte Socket 1151 GA-Z170-HD3P GLan Audio Raid

Memory: G.Skill Trident Z 16GB DDR4 Non ECC CL15 3200MHz (F4-3200C15D-16GTZKW) (Kit 2 x 8192)

SSD: Samsung 250GB 850 Evo MZ-75E250B Solid State Drive SATA III SSD 2.5''

The cost raised by a 10% but its still within my limits. Does everything look good now?

How much are you looking to spend? I would return that PSU if you can - it's not that good of a unit. But the 6600K is definitely a far superior choice to the 9590. The 9590 is probably the worst CPU on the market right now that you could buy.

I am looking to spend 600-700 € (630-740 $). Currently i am at 650 € (680 $). I will eventually upgrade my PSU as well because i know its not the best choice for this build, any recommendations?
