Get this^^^^. You don't need 650w
i'd change the psu, CX is not one of the best, probably average psu, better go for XFX TS, Evga gs/g2/gq, Antec TP.

no point in getting a Z170 mobo with an unlocked cpu. i5-6600k >> Z170; i5-6500/6600/6400 >> h170 mobo

crucial bx is slow, get the mx200 or samsung evo 850

guess this is better ?
but whats the solution for the motherboard? what should I put instead?

Zed board wouldn't be needed for non K processors since the microcode update won't allow you to overclock non K processors anymore. You could probably put the money from the zed board into something like a Xeon and 16 gigs of ram since both of the upgrades wouldn't cost to much more. Actually I think the motherboards for Xeon compatibility would be a bit more spendy but still a nice upgrade over i5.

Get the i5 6600 and a H170 motherboard instead of the i5 6500 and Z170 motherboard. They would come out to about the same price.
