depend on the games u want to play, bro
if u play games like GTA V etc
i would suggest u to get:
MSI z270 mortar
8 gb ram
i3-7100
gtx 1060 6gb / rx 580 8gb depends on the price in ur place / if both of them are too pricy get 470 / 1060 3gb

(just a friendly suggestion, i'm not an expert, and we're from different country, so i don't know about the prices at your place)

oh yeah btw bro, if it all of that is still too tight for your wallet, u can just change the i3 7100 into pentium G4560, the performance aren't that different but the price difference will give some impact ( i forgot to tell you this yesterday, sorry 🙁 )
