500gb ssd Samsung with win10 and some games

I’m just looking for some opinions, it doesn’t seems like it’s putting out the FPS it should in my opinion, at 1080p

Really all depends, fortnite on max sits about 90-130 ish, arma 3 exile on cherno sits about 40-100 depending where I’m at

Well that is really pretty normal framerates for Fortnite fo the GTX1060. You can see in this link the avg fps is 108...

Okay considering this, how would this preform while streaming and gaming on the same occasion at 1080p 60fps, would anything bottleneck?

You can expect somewhere around a 5 fps loss while streaming and gaming. Nah I wouldn't worry about bottleneck issues.

8700k will handle streaming and gaming well. But it will not be ONLY a 5 FPS drop. CPU intensive games like Arma may see a 20 FPS drop.
