Gaming pc built,is it any good.

Hi there.ive had a gaming pc built for my son and just want to know if it's any good any help would be much appreciated as I don't want to let him down ( same as any father would).

The spec.
Amd fx 8350 8 core 4ghz processor
8gb DDR 3 ram
Amd 7850 graphics card 2gb ddr5
120 ssd
2tb hdd
H80 corsair water cooling
Evo red/blue casing
Windows 7 professional 64 bit
Usb3.0
1gb LAN
DVD writer
Microsoft security essentials
Microsoft office 2007

Any help or input will be much appreciated.thank you for your time.

Everything looks fine except for the GPU, it is fine and will run games and so, but i think *if possible* to get a cheaper CPU cooler and get a more powerful graphics card....

My recommendation for the cooler would be : Cooler master hyper 212 EVO
Graphics card : GTX 760 or R9 270~280X
 
I'd say, switch out the fx 8350 for the fx 8320, the difference in fps is small. And by doing that you could spend some more money into a more powerful graphics card. Not sure about which one though.

As for the H80 i think you should get the H80i instead, as the H80 doesn't have PWM controlled fans. So it could get pretty loud. Or you could get a much cheaper air cooler instead if you don't play to do any type of overclocking. And again, here you'll have more money for a better graphics card.

Also, in my opinion you should go with Windows 8.1 instead. It has longer support and sometimes you'll get more performance as 8.1 isn't as resource hungry as 7 is. If you want the start button check this out: http://www.classicshell.net/
