So my laptop just died, and I decided to purchase a new computer. This is the build so far:

i5-6600K (Med~High OC, that's for sure)
8GB X 1 RAM 2400Mhz CL15
Gigabyte GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5
Corsair Hydro H100i GTX Extreme
SSD Samsung EVO 850 250GB
Corsair Air 240
Seasonic 650W Active PFC Modular 80+ Gold X-650

When the next generation of Nvidia's GPU comes out, I'll buy. for now, no "need" of gpu, just a ready system for it.

How's the build? Any better\cheaper CPU cooler + PSU I can get? is 650W good for both cpu and gpu OC?

everything seems fine, I usually don't advice liquid cooling as its not needed for medium over clocks I have my I5-6600k OC'ed to 4.2Ghz with an air cooler with no problems, also liquid cooling can be loud and very expensive I would say use air cooling like the 212evo DH-14 or BeQuiet! dark rock pro3.

I actually want to OC IT TO 4.5Ghz (I hope for) and have a silent pc. Are you sure "212evo DH-14 or BeQuiet! dark rock pro3" is enough?

Btw, the case it small, sadly because of that, I can't install my Arctic freezer 7 pro rev 2.

the evo 212 is for medium oc's the Noctua DH-14 and the Dark rock pro3 should be more than capable of 4.5Ghz as I have a medica fan cooler and it easily gets me 4.2Ghz with idle temps of around 20C

G.Skill Ripjaws-V 2x4GB DDR4 2400Mhz CL15 Kit is fine?

Yes that would do nicely!

I see. So lets say I have an OCed CPU to 4.5, OCed GTX 970 (for example), and the Dark Rock Pro 3... Will 650W survive it?

Change a little bit the hardwares:

ignore the cpu cooler, I'll change it by the time. the change from 650W to 850W is around the 10~15$, so Its worth it I think.

with the high end PSU you chose 650W is more than enough for the setup you want, I run an OC'ed I5-6600k and an R9 290x on an EVGA 650w G2 psu and have no power issues.

Happt to hear that. Thank you!
