To play GTA 5 with no lags you should at least have 45k INR as your budget

Ram-Kingston hyperx fury 1866mhz ram 4gb or 8gb(as per your budget)
Storage- Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Motherboard- Asus H81M-C Motherboard
Case- pick any one depending on your budget (make sure to read the reviews)
PSU- Cooler master VS 450
Optical drive-Asus DRW-24D3ST/BLK/G/AS DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive

Look on flipkart for parts. I haven't check the total amount but it should be approx 35-40k INR

Storage- WD Blue/Black 1TB(Go for an SSD for boot if you have money left)

Again look on Amazon or Flipkart for parts. If you have money left go for SSD for boot OR MSI/Gigabyte GTX 970

i am abel to play GTA 5,COD Advanced Warfare ,csgo games very shoothly

GTA 5 everything full or ultra leaving Textual Quality coz my GPU is 2 GB still got 40+ FPS and if Night in game 60+

COD Advanced WArfare i get 70 FPS lowest and AVG 100-180

CSGO FPS 280+ everything high leaving MSAA at 4x its Max is 8x and REsolution is 3840x2160

i also have 3 TB HDD not included in 58k it was of 6.5 k
n monitor was of 8.6k DELL S2240L 21.5 Inc


also i want to buy cooler master TX3 EVO n 4 CAbinate FAns (120mm) + will add 92 mm Fan on TX3 EVO for push & pull configuration

coz i have Temperature problem

some of thing u have to keep in mind with my spec that SLI (Multiple GPU of NVIDIA not supported ) and GAmes like gta 5 if u want to play with everything at high u should get 4 GB GPU mine is 2 GB everything at very high or ultra but textual Quality normal and my CAbinet is one of my mistak that it support max hight of CPu is 155mm / 6.1 inch and cooler like 212 Evo or x are of 159mm / 6.2 inch which cannot came in my cabinet so i will buy TX3 EVO 🙁


1 more thing that i bought everything offline from nehru place a computer market in delhi u can get computer cheaper here but always buy from good seller not all of sellers are good here they some how try to scam

more lower u can go for
i3-4170 n a HD 7770,16 GB RAM

try to get GPU 2 GB or 4 GB

see a mother bord tht support upto 32 GB RAM
and a good Chipset

His GPU is no doubt bottlenecking his CPU
I mean are you serious ?? i7 4790 and a gtx 960 ?????
If you have i7 4790, you should atleast have gtx 980 to minimize bottlenecking.
