this might work better than anything else you had planned. the GPU is pretty top-class for 1080p play, an overkill for League.

with the 370 board and a bios update, you can upgrade from the r3 1200 CPU to any ryzen model 1xxx, 2xxx, and 2019's 3xxx chips) when you feel the need.

eh, prebuilts at this prce range often had corners cut somewhere, but this should work ok:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883102485. the 2400G's built-in GPU will give you more than enough FPS in LOL and do other things better than your current system

If you're only worrying about LOL, why not just kick the can down the road and just upgrade your graphics card? This machine has some pretty low hanging fruit that you can address to make it feel like a newer system anyway, and you can take pretty much all of the upgrades (except memory) to a newer system, if you decide to build or buy one in the future. I would get the machine memory to 16gb of ram, change out the prebuilt graphics card for a better one, change out the power supply if you decide to get a decently powerful card, and add an SSD to use as your main drive. Those changes would turn your current computer into a totally different machine.

The pc has problems Usage is high on everything when idle and hard drive is messed just need a new pc that can run LOL 100+ frames and maybe csgo for 500 pounds uk currency

Ok, strange way to ask for help, and i'm not quite sure where you were going with that, especially considering prices are cheaper here.

This ones more useful, and honestly to get over 100+ FPS in LOL and CSGO isn't that difficult, you should be able to do that in the price range you're looking at. ScrewySqrl's, ABS suggestion should be good enough to get you around that area while giving you room for upgrades in the future. However, you're still better off building your own computer, or buying a used Haswell I5 or I7 based computer and upgrading the graphics if needed.
