Hey guys, i was looking to buy this gaming pc, just wondering if this would be able to run games such as csgo, battlefield 1 etc with no lag

As above. The specs of that PC are pretty poor. You will need some form of dedicated graphics card to run battlefield 1.

Solution
Calling that system a "gaming computer" is about the same as calling Clinton and Trump "presidential candidates".

Issue with your budget is that prices in Australia look to be a lot higher than in the US, and you need to factor in a Windows license and monitor/keyboard/mouse if you don't have those.

Do not get that A10 system though, the i3 build is way better.
