Depends on the case. You have a mini ITX motherboard and a full size graphics card and ATX PSU (way bigger than what you need). The GTX 960 isn't a really good deal now that the RX 470 is out. What is your budget and what monitor are you going to be using? Do you need a small form factor build and can you buy from somewhere other than Newegg?

Please list a description of your parts.
You will get better responses because I, for one will not take the time to pursue the links.
That said, a "medium" build would use a $125 i3-6100 and a gpu priced about 2x the cpu.
That would be a GTX1060 3gb.
