All the stuff from ebay is used, everything from e-buyer is new. What would you suggest I could buy instead of the i7(Or a different GPU)?

Scratch what I just said; the items that are used are the CPU, GPU, PSU, Case, OS and Monitor.

also you need a reputable psu from antec or corsair 80+
