New Gaming PC Underperforming

Hello everyone, I got a gaming pc about a month ago and I'm really loving it. However, it is severely underperforming. My setup is:

AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT

Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM SE 63CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

MSI MAG x570 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM4 Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory

Western Digital Blue 1 TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive

EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 10 GB XC3 ULTRA GAMING Video Card

Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case

Corsair RM (2019) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

LG 27GL850-B 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor

I'm receiving like 80 frames in COD: Cold War, like 40 in Assassins Creed: Valhalla. This is my first computer but based on benchmarks I've seen online for the same CPU and GPU I should be getting like 150 frames in Call of Duty? Anyways if anyone could help me out with fixing my problem it would be greatly appreciated. I have all the drivers installed and updated and I haven't changed anything in the bios...
