Gaming PC problem

My PC has been running OK but today it freezes games or fails to load them , I have ran anti virus and defraged but still no help , I have also uninstalled all games and reinstalled but still no difference , can anyone please help ?

We'll need a little more info before anyone can assist. Can you list your PC specs and OS? What error messages are you getting? Is it all games or just some?

OS is wndows 10 home 64bit , no error messages all games freeze or close , system spec are
MSI krait edition Z97S motherboard
CPU is Intell I54690K at 3.5 ghstandard clock speed
GPU is a AMD R9 280

You did try to restart the PC right?

When you say freeze, does the machine lock up to where you cant move the mouse at all and have to physically press the reset or power button? If that is the case, its starting to sound like a hardware issue, especially if its happening in all games.

Also you arent running any overclocking on your CPU or GPU right?
