gaming pc problems

So today me and my dad built my pc and it turned on and the fans were moving but on the screen it was just a light shade of black with a little white line on the top left. We triple checked everything and the same thing happened. I plugged in my mice and keyboard and mic and they would only work in certain slots. Please help

did you install windows ? if you hit the delete key can you enter the bios ?

post the full system specs

if you can enter the bios set it to optimal defaults and try again
