I was thinking about buying a gaming PC off Craigslist and ran across this one.

AMD Athlon X4 750K Quad Core Processor 3.40 GHz
4 GB of RAM
Windows 7 64-bit
GPU is an PowerColor HD 7770 1 GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A75M-HD2 Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 250 GB HDD
CASE: Rosewill Galaxy 1
OD: Samsung DVD/ CD drive

Is this considered a good gaming pc? and what type of games would i be able to play on it?

I would be trading it for my 360 some controllers and some games. so like 140$
