Gaming pc specs

Would this make a decent gaming pc to stream with? This is what I was looking at

ditch the DVD drive, upgrade the motherboard to a 970 chipset, and if you can get the FX 8320, the worlds of difference those cores will make for streaming...save up a bit more if you have to. don't cut back on the GPU since that's the lowest I would recommend (to make stream-worthy footage anyways)

You should be able to stream just fine, just remember that you may have to lower some settings on some games as streaming can be CPU intensive, but that only applies to games such as bf4 although AMDs mantle really increases performance, but as an overall you should be fine.
