Gaming PC supposed to run LoL perfectly [UPDATED]

Not too tech savvy so I'm on here. Please help!!!
My PC is approved to run League at high video settings smoothly apparently but barely runs 60 FPS on low. What is happening here?

So I just barely checked on this thread after a month and looked into the "Speccy" application recently thanks to Mohan_27 so I'll update my information.

The PC I bought is using it's discrete GPU and nothing is parked but I ended up discovering that my CPU is 80°C. I can tell that's pretty concerning but I don't know what to do. Should I look into reapplying thermal paste, check the heat sink, make sure the fan is spinning fine?

Are you running off the Discrete GPU or the integrated GPU?

Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

RAM - 8.0 GB

You could be running on an intergrated system. Download 'speccy' and head over to 'grahpics' and ensure monitor 1 states your GPU.

Also make sure your monitor is plugged into your GPU and NOT the motherboard.

Make sure all of your cores are unparked: Task manager > performance > open resource monitor > On the graphs on the right, no CPU should state 'parked' or should be greyed out.

also check your mb bios see if there any needed updates. also go to amd web page download the newest chipset driver for your mb.
