Gaming PC that can run games at Medium quality

Im looking for a gaming pc that can run any game at about medium quality with good fps because I don't really need to run in high/ultra. So pretty much I am looking for a budget build, I'm really looking for suggestions on a gpu, cpu, and mother board for this build. Also I was thinking I could buy some stuff off ebay because I seen some really good prices and I will just have to buy from top rated sellers.

Tell us your budget and I won't recommend ebay for costlier things as some of my friends had some problems buying graphics cards and cpus from them.

Considering your requirements, I think you have $650-$800 budget right? Even $800 build can pretty much ultra most of the games if you are able to fit gtx 770 in it, It's $650-700 where you are limited to medium settings.

I was hoping to keep at or under $800 with operating system included. I plan to sell my xbox one because pc just has more/better games. I just dont need a pc that can run games at ultra because Im more into gameplay so cheaper is better but I dont want to skimp to much
