I recently watched Green Ham Gamings video about a $100 PC matching the power of an Xbox 360 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRkDAHc4N10, can one of you show me the parts to make a fully functional low to mid range PC built for last gen games like Fallout 3, Civ 4, GTA IV, oblivion, ect...?
I've got every hookup, mouse monitor ect... Just build me a desktop.
I looked on ebay and I found this PC but I think I'll have to build one myself to get the lowest price.

You cant build or buy a gaming PC on 100 dollars, it is not possible.
Lets just say this. If you could somehow manage to get all the components needed for 100 dollars (you cant unless you get it in person from someone who dosent care), the OS alone is 80 dollars.
I had a PC with the slighter inferior AMD Athlon II X4 630 with dedicated graphics. The only game I tried on your list is Skyrim and it did not go well. With the early patches I could set the resolution to 640 x 400 and it was just about playable but on later patches the lowest resolution was 800 x 600 and it was unplayable at about 10 fps. There are various performance tweeks and mods on Nexus that may give you a 5 fps boost but still way below the Xbox 360 in quality.
