just looking for advice on things i should look into differently, I'm using cyberpowerpc.com as a place to kinda look at the direction im going. i dont think i will buy it pre built though.

http://

(should the link not work right ill just try to paste the specs here)

what i have put together so far i know its probable terrible. not to good with understanding how it should be. but im trying to put it together with enough power to play star citizen, when it comes out with good or better settings on. plus maybe play games on the side while waiting for league of legends que times and streaming on twitch.(not doing those while playing star citizen of course)
i will be using only a single screen rather then a multi screen set up.

It's kind of hard to see the specs but am I right in thinking that you only have an SSD and no HDD? Either that or I may be blind lol. Anyway, have you thought about crossfiring two GTX 670's instead of getting a 7970. You may get better performance at a similar expense. Also, who needs a $3000 monster gaming PC for a bit of Star Citizen. You could max. this out on a 760.

like i said im no good at this. :p its mostly not for lol. its more for trying to get the most out of star citizen, which is spose to be a high end game. (still have to see the game come out to know for sure)

ps. also aiming to try and make it last a few years without worrying about upgrading

Don't bother with Cyberpower. They use a lot of bad hardware and junk cases, and things that don't belong on builds. This would dominate the Cyberpower rig for around the $2K mark, while leaving you with enough to add a second GTX 780TI if you want:
