What do you mean by cabinet with smps? And with only 600, I doubt you'll be able to run gta v on ultra, maybe some settings on high and some on normal. GTA V uses a lot of vram, and cards with a lot of vram cost more. But I could get you a partlist that'll run it on high/med.

Well he did say MSI motherboard, but yea, that motherboard would've been my second choice, next to Asus m5a97
