My rig:
Intel i5 2300 2.8GHz
8GB dual channel ddr3 hyperx 1600mhz
ASRock h61 pro btc
Msi gaming 4G R9 380
Corsair vs650
(The box has 5 fans and is well ventilated)

Approximate Purchase Date: this month

Budget Range: not more than 300€

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, surfing the internet, watching series

Screen: I have a 50inch uhd TV (with hdr) which I use for the pc

Parts to Upgrade: GPU,CPU, mobo, RAM.

Location: Greece

Why am I Upgrading: I tried playing assassin's Creed Odyssey but I cannot because at 1080p with medium settings (some of them low/off others high) I have fps drops at 17fps.

(I don't know if I need a new GPU or a new CPU, mobo, ram or all of them. When I play the game the GPU is running 100% with oc at 1120MHz core clock and 1600mhz memory clock and the CPU isn't running at 100%)

So what I want is to be able to play games like ac Odyssey at least at 1080p at high/ultra settings with 30+ fps. 4k gaming would be good but maybe out of budget.

Thanks in advance.

4k gaming couldn't be anymore out of your budget. For 300€ there isn't much room for you to upgrade but I would say a newer GPU like rx590 or 1660 might be the best bet for you
