Gaming Pc upgradeability and cpu

I am thinking about getting this gaming pc ( http://www.bestbuy.com/site/cyberpowerpc-gamer-xtreme-vr-desktop-intel-core-i5-8gb-memory-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1060-1tb-hard-drive-black-blue/5641629.p?skuId=5641629 ).Now before you tell me that I should build my own I would like to know,is the processor (i5 6402p) upgradeable to a different sky kaby or canon lake cpu like the (skylake i5 6600k) and they have the same socket and all that.
tldr;Is the i5 6402p upgradeable to a skylake or kaby/canon lake cpu?

It's not reeally up to the CPU to be upgradeable, it's more of the MOBO to decide if that's possible.

In your case, your MOBO socket is LGA1151, with a FCLGA1151 CPU socket ( which is the same )

So Yes you will be able to upgrade it further on with Kaby Lake, as they'll both share the same socket on the mobo.

It would be kind of a waste of money to "upgrade" that CPU to 6600k youd be better off getting it already in the system.
