I bought a brand new gaming pc and it was crashing every 15-30 minutes of gaming. After trying to get it fixed from a friend he informed me that no matter how much he tried he couldn't get it to crash. I took it over to several other homes and it would not crash at all. Took it back to my house and the problem persisted. Is there an easy fix to this problem? Or am I doomed to use a laptop forever?

If it runs good at everyones house but yours id check to things, the simple one here is to test it in a open space where the air is room temp (70F) or even colder
and give it good air flow, maybe put a desk fan and see it it cools it down any. Next if that doesnt fix it id assume it has something to do with the power its drawing from the house, so maybe switch sockets, if your on an extension cord ditch it, and see where that takes you.

I tried other sockets in other rooms upstairs and downstairs, same problem. I have been doing a lot of reading and would a UPS do the trick in this situation?

Its a decent ammount of money to spend on when you dont know what the actual problem is but yes it might. Like i said check the air flow, what are your temps when under load?

I am not sure what the temps are, but the room I have it in is about 65 degrees. The computer itself is sitting on the top of a desk all by itself with nothing around it. If anything the temps would probably be higher at the houses I have tested the computer at because at my house it is in the basement.

Whats your CPU? and what are your temps underload, if you dont know how to get those just download HWmonitor and have it open on another screen while u play, or in the back round. Play for a few min till your temps get up.
